No griefing or stealing, as this is not allowed anywhere on the server.
The town of Janice is a commune, so no private property is allowed.
The only exceptions are mines, but private farms are off-limits.
Please try and distance builds at least 10 blocks away from others.
Patch up any creeper explosion holes, as they are not appealing.
When using community-made farms, please replant and don't trample!
And most importantly, do not ask who is Janice!
